The newest enhancements include a modernized, responsive design, export improvements, improved document management, as well as enhanced workflow and navigation.

New Design: Fresh Vista interface uses Responsive Design to present more features at your fingertips than ever before
Vista Analytics: Fresh analytic dashboard presentation with over a hundred sample analytics provided
Vista EasyAsk: Our powerful English language query tool is now even simpler to use and report on employee data.
Export Improvements: Easily extract employee data from Vista with a single click.
Engagement Additions: More opportunities to engage your staff using our News function to share company, location, and team postings, event calendars, and a new survey functionality which provide the means to publish a survey and collect results.
Document Management: In this release we’ve introduced integration with Adobe® Sign e-signatures, which allows plain PDF files to be turned into sign-able agreements which can be signed electronically, verified, and audited; as well as Adobe® Form integration so that users can create, sign and manage electronic documents for employees.
Document Upload Improvements: We’ve introduced real-time parsing of uploaded documents, searching for viruses and other identifiable malware, and real-time stripping of macros in Office documents.
Reporting: Reporting menus can now include SQL Server Reporting Service® Reports or HTML content.
