The following positions are currently open:

Customer Support Representative
Department: Product Support
Reports To: Vice President of Services
Location: Blue Bell, PA

PDS is seeking a Customer Support Representative with HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are self-motivated and show leadership.

Job Summary:
Customer Support is provided primarily by telephone and internet connectivity.  As a Vista HRMS HR, Benefits and Payroll Customer Support Representative, you are part of a team of professionals that play a key role in supporting our Vista HRMS suite of products providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client-escalated issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, thorough and timely response to customers.
  • Perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate an issue.
  • Call ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates.
  • Enter and maintain customer call problem/description detail integrity in call tracking system.
  • Consistently model the highest levels of support orientation and professionalism.
  • Acquire, maintain and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide accurate solutions to end users.
  • Follow-up with customers on all open issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems/Applications as well as communication applications and Microsoft SQL Server a plus.
  • Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent positive customer service skills.
  • Positive team participation skills.

Technical Support Representative
Department: Technical Support and Quality Assurance
Reports To: Manager of Technical Support and Quality Assurance
Location: Blue Bell, PA

PDS is seeking a Technical Support Representative with HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are self-motivated and show leadership.

Job Summary:
As a member of the Technical Support Group, you will have a wide range of programming, research, design, testing and troubleshooting responsibilities. You will be required to develop and maintain programs for our Web-based HRMS product along with programs for specific customer needs. You will maintain established systems to meet new requirements and solve issues for our customer base.

Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Degree required.
  • Strong programming skills (preferably in at least two languages).
  • Experience with ASP, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, JavaScript, VBScript, and/or IIS.
  • Relational Database Experience (preferably SQL Server and/or Oracle).
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • HRMS Experience a plus.
