PDS' Vista HRMS Implemented at CONTECH

Blue Bell , Pa. , July 29, 2008 – PDS, a leading developer of web-based human resource, benefits and payroll systems, today announced that CONTECH U.S., LLC, a leader in the die casting industry, has completed implementation of its Vista HRMS (human resource management system). The PDS Vista HRMS provides CONTECH with an integrated solution to manage the HR, benefits and payroll information for its 1,100 geographically dispersed employees in one system.

As a result of CONTECH being sold by its parent company, it quickly needed to implement its own HR, payroll and benefits solution. The CONTECH and PDS teams were under a tight timeline to implement the Vista HRMS solution. In less than three months, CONTECH ran the first payroll, on time and with no problems. CONTECH has implemented the full HR, payroll, benefits and open enrollment modules and plans to add PDS' workflow and other advanced features in later phases.
