PDS and Galaxy Technologies Form Strategic Partnership and
Launch Encompass Enterprise HRMS

Blue Bell, Pa. and Madison, Wis., March 19, 2007 – PDS, an award-winning developer of web-based human resource and payroll systems, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Galaxy Technologies, Inc., a developer of innovative labor management tools. Galaxy will resell PDS’ Vista™ human resource management solution (HRMS) and integrate it with its TimeStar Enterprise™ time & attendance system. The integrated SQL-based solution will be sold as Encompass Enterprise-HRMS™ .
