PDS Executive Team

Charles Jefferies, President & CEO

Mr. Jefferies has been a senior member of PDS' management team since joining the Company in 1978. He has served PDS in various capacities, including research and development, strategic planning, consulting, and software customization. In May of 2001 he became President and CEO.

Prior to joining PDS, Mr. Jefferies was a professor at Temple University where he taught mathematics and from which he was awarded a Masters Degree.

Patricia Palmer, Senior Vice President

Ms. Palmer left Martin Marietta Data Systems, a reseller of the PDS software, to join PDS in 1984. Her initial duties included the management of numerous implementation projects for various hardware platforms, as well as the design and development of the PDS software.

Her experience and skills encompass both technical and business aspects of the company. She has been involved in all areas of the organization in a variety of management roles.

For more than twenty years she has been involved in the PDS User Group Association Steering Committee, which is responsible for coordinating customer communications and organizing regular conferences.

Today, in her current role as Product Manager, Ms. Palmer gathers feedback from clients and PDS staff to guide the direction of product design and development.

George C. Brady, III, Vice President Sales & Business Development

Mr. Brady joined PDS in 1993 after having practiced law for 21 years, specializing in contracts and intellectual property matters.

Mr. Brady is responsible for managing the sales force and has been instrumental in developing PDS' business relationships with third parties. Mr. Brady graduated from Holy Cross College.

Martin Wilson, Vice President of Services

Mr. Wilson has over 25 years experience in the software industry. He joined PDS in 1990 as a project manager with responsibilities ranging from software design and development through implementations on a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems.

In June of 2002, Mr. Wilson was promoted to Vice President of Services responsible for Professional Services, Product Support, and Hosting/Managed Services. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
