Recruiting Vista HRMS' Recruiting component provide a recruiting tool that will allow you to gather applicant data via your corporate website. Applicant data can be collected and will reside in a stand-alone database where your Recruiters can monitor and control content. You will be able to add a link to your corporate website to provide access to this tool to view open positions and jobs which can be posted with descriptions, along with their qualifications. Interested candidates can logon to the site and record their own data and identify interest in open jobs/positions.
