Presenters of a thirty-minute session will receive a $150 discount, a 60-minute session will receive a $300 discount, and presenters of an entire 90-minute session will receive a $450 discount.
If more than one person is submitted on your proposal application, only the primary presenter will receive the discount.
Please note: Participation on a panel discussion does not qualify you for the conference discount. |

PDS UGA Users Conference. The collective experience
of the PDS UGA membership is our most valued asset.
Plan now to share your knowledge, discoveries, solutions,
and successes with us at the annual Users Conference.
Your talent and experience play a large part in making
the PDS conference a success! We would like to encourage
you to submit a topic of interest for presentation at
the conference. Presenters will have the option to present
in a 30-minute or 60-minute segment of a 90-minute session
or present an entire 90-minute session. When selecting
a topic, consider the following:
- Business process,
optimization and re-engineering
- Implementation
experience, tips, and techniques
- Lessons learned
and success strategies
- Benefits, Human
Resources, Payroll best practices
- Functional
and technical solutions
- Technology
usage and expertise
Or you may want
to participate in a session that we've already identified!
Sessions are greatly enhanced when teamed with a User
presentation. Review the sessions listed on the Conference
Highlights page and pick one that you can add to!
To be considered as a presenter, please complete the
on-line application and
submit by May 15, 2011.

You
won't be alone when you prepare and present your
session! PDS will work with you during the development
of your session and provide you with assistance.
Perhaps you'd be more comfortable teaming up with
another User and co-presenting. We can find the
right individual to work with you! Plus a PDS
representative or UGA Steering Committee member
will be assigned to assist you during your presentation.
You will need to attend a special Presenter’s Meeting on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. The meeting will provide information on conference logistics and introduce you to the hotel facilities. A presenter ready room also will be available on that afternoon for anyone wishing to rehearse. |
