Blue Bell, Pa., December 2, 2021 – PDS®, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, announces timely improvements that have been introduced to Vista®.

When the U.S. federal government introduced a mandate to require COVID-19 vaccination or have workers get tested weekly for the virus, the PDS team acted quickly to enhance our solution to assist customers in tracking relevant data. And despite the legal challenges the mandate encountered, many employers across the U.S. had already begun to adopt these measures and require their employees to get vaccinated.

In addition to a variety of year-end compliance updates to the Vista product, PDS enhanced our solution which previously provided tracking of employee tests, by adding new vaccination tracking capabilities. PDS delivered the tools needed to track COVID-19 vaccination statuses and store uploaded COVID-19 Vaccination Record Cards. This allows employees to enter their vaccinations directly into the HCM product and upload a copy of their proof of vaccination. The enhancement included vaccination reports and analytics to easily deliver results of vaccination statistics.
