Unlike many software updates which only address support fixes, Vista 7.0.1 delivers innovative services such as enhancements to employee photos, learning plans and recruiting. New engagement features allow customers to leverage their existing content in new ways in a secure environment to ensure sensitive data should only be accessed by authorized users.

Users will be excited to see the increased employee engagement functionality through the use of My Groups, which includes company, team, organization, and location information. Also, customers using the recruiting component will appreciate the ability to merge duplicate applicant records into one and allow hiring managers to monitor the status of their requisition without requiring access to the application.
