Human Resources
The Human Resources track follows the employee lifecycle in Vista, from requisition to hire and onboarding through benefits, leave management, and documentation. Guided labs cover onboarding, open enrollment, and leave accrual, and HR panels let you hear how your peers are putting Vista to work.
Payroll
The Payroll track covers everything from setup and dashboards to compensation, compliance, garnishments, and third-party payments. Guided labs walk through the payroll dashboard, GL interface, and payroll reconciliation, and you will get a payroll perspective on Vista Protect.
System Administration
Built for the people who keep Vista running, the System Administration track digs into security, configuration, history, workflow, and data movement. You will also see what is possible with Vista data, AI tools, Power BI, and surveys, with labs on security, reporting, and data integration.
Demonstration
The Demonstration track offers focused product showcases for attendees eager to explore specific areas of Vista, including Vista Time, recruiting, ERP, performance and learning management, and benefits. Mini labs on document management, surveys, career portal, recruiting setup, and ACA give you a closer look at features you might not know you need.

The Caribe Royale sits on 53 tropical acres just off World Center Drive, and it recently completed a $140 million transformation that earned it AAA Four Diamond status. Every guest room is a one-bedroom suite with a separate living area, a workspace, a sleeper sofa, and a mini cooler, so you have room to spread out, take a call, or actually work through what you learned that day.
On property, you will find a lagoon style pool with a waterfall, a 75 foot waterslide, private cabanas, and a splash pad for kids, plus eight dining options, from the Venetian Chop House to poolside grill service, a sports bar, a Rum Bar lounge, and an on-site Starbucks. The Island Spa, a two-story fitness center, tennis, basketball, pickleball, bike rental, and catch and release fishing round it out.

Conference Attendee Rates
$214.00 USD per night, plus applicable taxes
Our room block is limited and rooms are released once the block is full, so reserve early.
We have also reserved 30 rooms at the prevailing government per diem rate, plus taxes. These are available first come, first served, and a valid government ID must be presented at check-in to qualify.

Registration Includes
Access to all conference sessions and materials, the Welcome Reception, daily breakfast and lunch, and refreshment breaks throughout the conference.
Bringing a guest?
Attendees may register a guest to attend the Welcome Reception, including dinner, for $200 per guest. Guest registration is limited to the Welcome Reception and does not include conference sessions, materials, or other meals.
Payment Options
Before you register, check with your Accounting department to determine their preferred payment method. Three options are available: Check, EFT, and PayPal.
While PayPal is convenient, that option adds a $50 processing fee per attendee to offset the fees charged for credit card processing.
Once you have registered and selected your payment type, we will send a confirmation of the amount due to PDS, or the amount paid via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% Full refund if written cancellation is received by PDS on or before February 1, 2027
- 50% Refund for cancellations received between February 2 and March 1, 2027
- No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2027
Refund checks are mailed 30 days after the conference.
