PDS Professional Services provides a Vista Health Check to help you align your technology to business strategy and simplify your technology footprint to minimize support costs, eliminate errors, and drive efficiencies. By optimizing your potential with Vista, you will be able to empower managers and employees through processing tools, dramatically improve analytics and enable data to be leveraged as a strategic asset. PDS will help you get the most value from your investment:

• Complete a short survey to determine the strengths and weaknesses of your current operations
• Participate in a 2-day interactive workshop with a PDS Implementation Consultant to review your environment and business processes
• Provide requirements and testing support for one new report or workflow to be implemented during the workshop.
• Review and prioritize future enhancements based on recommendations and high-level cost/benefit analysis provided.

ACA/W-2 Services

W-2 Printing Services PDS offers the service to print employees W‐2 on a pressure seal W‐2 form. All you need to do is simply send us your PDS W-2 file and we’ll do the rest. We also give you the option of delivering to a single destination or do direct mail to your recipients.

ACA Filing and Printing Services PDS offers the service to print employee 1095‐Cs and can also generate IRS‐ready 1094‐C/1095‐C transmission files for any number of Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) on your behalf.

ACA Wellness Program PDS Professional ACA Services are available throughout the year. We offer an ACA Wellness Program which consists of twelve (12) hours of consulting consultations. These consultations have proven to save countless hours at year end and improve data accuracy.

This program includes:

• A start-to-finish education on how to get your IRS 1094-C/1095-Cs created and electronic transmittals for the IRS
• In-depth ACA-specific data analysis and review, focusing on how it’s interpreted by the ACA
