Pat Palmer

President and CEO

Patricia (or Pat, for short) has been an integral part of PDS since joining the company in 1984. Her experience and skills encompass a wide range including development, consulting services, sales and marketing. During her tenure, Pat has been part of the PDS senior management team for more than 35 years.

Since joining PDS, Pat has been a member of the PDS User Group Association Steering Committee, which helps to coordinate customer communications, user group conference events and collaborates on product planning. Her passion to innovate on product and service solutions continues in her role as President and CEO.

Pat enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.

Steve Fitzgerald

Executive Vice President

Steve is a seasoned senior executive who brings more than 30 years of management, software engineering and cloud experience. Along with a proven track record of transforming teams into world-class technology organizations servicing multiple industries at SoftMed Systems, Razorsight, Echo360 and Motionsoft, Steve has spent 23 years with PDS, where he oversees Engineering, Professional Services, DevOps, IT, and Customer Support.

Steve enjoys golf and playing ice hockey along with being an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Rick Austin

Vice President, Engineering

With over three decades of experience in software and systems engineering leadership, Rick brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Vice President of Engineering. His career encompasses a diverse range of industries, from startups to global enterprises, including defense, telecommunications, finance, and healthcare. Rick is renowned for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams in the design, development and operations of advanced, high-scale cloud platform-oriented systems, built to meet the requirements of the most demanding workloads.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick finds fulfillment in exploring the world alongside his wife, savoring the nuances of coffee, and avidly following Formula 1 racing.

Dave Murray 

Senior Director Enterprise Architecture

As the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, Dave oversees the PDS cloud operations in addition to the entire PDS support organization. Dave’s decades of PDS experience along with his extensive background in cloud design and operations, provide the perfect combination for providing superior support and service to his customers.

When not working, Dave tries to escape with his wife in their RV as often as possible.

Jeanne Eberly 

Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales, Jeanne has been with PDS for more than 20 years. She leads a seasoned Sales team by enabling them to drive PDS’s growth by securing new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships. She collaborates with Solution Specialists to ensure that product demonstrations accurately showcase the Vista product. Jeanne is also involved in client-related duties, such as addressing requests for further education on new features, promoting the enhanced functionality of Vista, and actively encouraging client engagement and participation in User Groups.

Jeanne is interested in a variety of sports and enjoys traveling.

Grant Cline 

Director of Product Management

Grant has been in the Payroll/HR industry building software products for over 25 years. Prior to joining PDS in March of 2023, Grant spent time at Paylocity, Kronos, Nettime, and Paychex. As the Director of Product Management for PDS, Grant works closely with our customers, partners, and our internal teams to find solutions to our customers’ needs.

When he isn’t building great software or ‘geeking out’ over the newest tech, Grant likes to spend time with his wife and teenage son.

Brian Rivers

Director of Professional Services

As the Director of Professional Services, Brian leads a team of talented and highly tenured Implementation Specialists, Project Managers and Account Managers on PDS implementations and account management. Brian brings a unique perspective to PDS, as he was a PDS customer before becoming part of the team in 2017.

Brian is married with two boys who play a variety of sports and enjoys traveling and reading in his spare time.

Josie Tornetta

Director of Accounting

As the Director of Accounting, Josie is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day financial activities while working hands on with the Accounting team.

Her responsibilities also include managing Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll duties. Her more than 20 years of experience at PDS provides her with an in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure across PDS.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys long walks on the beach, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Dwight White

Director of Quality Assurance and Release Management

Dwight has been with PDS for 18 years. In position as Director of QA and Release Management he works closely with both the Customer Support team and the PDS Engineering team to ensure all facets of the Vista product are working smoothly. Dwight assists in the development and testing of new features as well as manage and test modifications to the system to alleviate any client issues reported to the Customer Support Department.

When not working, Dwight enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
