May in Orlando is calling! Registration is now open for Vista Horizons 2027, the PDS user conference, taking place May 11 to 13, 2027 at Caribe Royale Orlando.
This will be our 38th user conference, making it the longest running user conference in the HCM industry. Over three days, you can look forward to sessions, guided labs, great conversations with fellow Vista users, and time with the PDS team. Bring your questions, your ideas, and your sunglasses.
Learning tracks

Across the tracks you will find labs, panels, and brainstorming sessions. We are also adding two new tracks for 2027, an ERP and Executive Track with more details coming soon.

Conference attendees receive a reduced rate of $214 per night, plus applicable taxes, at Caribe Royale Orlando. Planning to stay longer? The conference rate is also available for nights before and after the event, subject to availability. As an official Disney Good Neighbor hotel, Caribe Royale offers scheduled shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World theme parks, making it an easy home base for the whole trip.
